  • Brief presentation of the Programme RO-Ua-Md and of the project: goal, objectives, target group, activities, results;
  • Detailed presentation of the activities to be performed by the Partner organisation;
  • Procedures to be respected when implementing and reporting activities;
  • Proposal for modification of the grant contract (Annex III, Annex1, Annex2)
  • Elaboration of the final forms of the job description;

Undertaken decisions, resolutions and terms The representative of the Applicant organisationpresented and discussed the details related to the implementation of project’s activities according the provisions of the Programme Ro-Ua-Md and as recommended during the training organised by the staff of Iaşi CBC Office on April 23, 2012.

In order to register the project at the Finance Ministry of the Republic of Moldova, the Partner organisationasked the Lead partner to obtain a legal copy of the grant contract translated into Romanian and to send it alongside with other documents (Annex 3, Partner Budget, Annex 1- Schedule of the programmed activities) holding the original stamp of the Lead partner Organisation.

The Lead Partner engaged to send the necessary documents until May 25, 2012 by mail.During the discussion it was taken into account the forms of Job description, Monthly timesheet, Monthly collective attendance timesheet in order to have the appropriate tools for monitoring the human resources.

All other relevant papers related to the project that will be generated during the implementation.
